What should I do if I am having trouble viewing the event stream?
First ensure that you have the latest version of the Adobe Flash Player installed. Download Flash Player 10

If you are not able to see the video or get a message "* You have been banned", you have to adjust the Flash Player settings to allow storing third-party web content on your computer. Normally this should not be a problem, but if you have restricted storing of content this will cause problems.

To resolve the problem, open the Adobe Flash Player Settings Manager by right clicking in the Flash video window on the e-confernce stream page and select "Settings". Either ensure that "Allow third-party Flash content to store data on your computer" is checked, or leave it un-checked if you prefer and add *.streamapi.com as an exception to the rule. If the *.streamapi.com exception does not clear up the issue the try adding a *.stickam.com exception in addition.

Will the videos be available after the event?
Yes, they will be made available to attendees shortly after the conference. You will use the same credentials to view the recordings as you use to view the broadcast.

Does this event replace Progress Exchange?
No. This event is more like the very technical regional user conferences that used to happen annually in Ohio.

What type of hardware and software do I need to participate?
You need a PC capable of streaming flash video (much like Youtube or Hulu.) Your audio and video will come through the stream.
Download the latest Adobe Flash Player.

Yes.

My credit card is getting rejected for some reason. But I know it’s good so what’s the problem?
The most common credit card rejection we encounter is improperly formatted postal codes. Make sure you adhere to the proper format. For example, Canadian postal codes have a space between the first three and last three characters (i.e. xxx xxx).

If you have problems, send an email to help@bravepoint.tv.

When I choose "Larger window" I end up logged out?
The "Larger window" button logs you out of your current session and opens (ie: pops-up) a new window. If you have a pop-up blocker enabled, the logout works, but the new window doesn't open. This leaves you logged out.
